The Flight Experience Coordinator is key to delivering outstanding service quality, managing post-booking operations, and meeting the needs of Italian and international high-end clients to boost satisfaction and to ensure seamless communication among clients, providers and aircraft operators. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate flight arrangements post-booking.
- Monitor flight status, weather conditions, and airport logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests with a focus on personalised service.
- Coordinate catering requests and manage additional service bookings such as transfers.
- Manage flight documentation with meticulous attention to detail.

Candidate profile:

- High-school diploma is required.
- Recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering, Economics or Hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
- Computer skills (Mac software, internet literacy).
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with positive attitude.
- No prior aviation experience necessary.
- EU citizenship or valid Italian work permit is mandatory.

Location & Working hours:

- Venicejets’ HQ in the hearth of Verona.
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Monday to Friday 09:30-18:30 (with 1 hr lunch break)
- Full-time, permanent contract
