We offer:

- Salary range between 15K - 19K gross p/year according to experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice registration and management of Italian electronic invoicing
- Payment setup and coordination with suppliers and partners
- Expense and credit card statement reconciliation
- Filing and archiving documents (contracts, invoices)
- Office management: stocking supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Support with personnel travel planning
- Tracking staff holidays and absences
- Data entry into internal systems
- General administrative support to the team
Candidate Profile:
- High-school diploma required
- Good working knowledge of English and Italian (both written and spoken)
- Computer literacy (Mac software, internet, email)
- Prior experience in administration or accounting is a plus, not required
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- EU citizenship or valid Italian work permit is mandatory

- Venicejets' HQ in the heart of Verona
- Monday to Friday, 08:30–13:30
- Part-time, permanent contract
